Camp Gorsuch at Mirror Lake, Anchorage, Alaska - August 2018
This simple building on the banks of Mirror Lake attracted my attention due to the contrasting nature of its color with the surrounding greenery. Camp Gorsuchat is part of the Rasmunson Scout reservation. Boy Scouts from various Councils, including the Great Alaska Council can camp there. The camp has been used since 1955 and consists of a grand 230 acres.
The Great Alaska Council serves more than 83% of the state's population and over 8,900 youth members.
